Chef Derek interviewed by The Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism

Noah Ball of The Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism (better known as ROOST) recently stopped by the clubhouse to meet with Derek Leinonen, Executive Chef of Seymour’s and The Tap Room.
