PGA HOPE Concludes Another Successful Season
Our six-week PGA HOPE program has officially come to a close, and we could not be more grateful for the opportunity to host this incredible initiative once again.
Over the past six weeks, we had the privilege of welcoming veterans to the course to learn the game, improve their skills, build lasting friendships, and experience all that golf has to offer. The positive impact of PGA HOPE is felt by everyone involved, and we are proud to play a role in supporting such a meaningful program.
A special thank you goes to George Mackey for returning this year to assist Tom Rancour in leading the program. Their dedication, patience, and passion for the game helped create another memorable and successful season for all participants.
We would also like to recognize Jay Wells and Five Nations Golf, Tom Edwards, Rob Berrick, and Mark Harrison for their generous support and contributions. Programs like PGA HOPE are made possible through the efforts of dedicated volunteers and supporters, and we are incredibly appreciative of everyone who helped along the way.
Most importantly, thank you to all of the veterans who participated this year.
We hope you enjoyed your time with us and look forward to seeing you back on the course again soon.
Congratulations to everyone on another outstanding PGA HOPE season!
A Piece of Club History on Display
The next time you visit the Golf Shop, be sure to stop by and take a look at a remarkable piece of our club’s history. We are currently displaying Seymour Dunn’s original transit and tripod, believed to be the same surveying equipment used during the club’s groundbreaking in 1925.
This unique artifact offers a fascinating glimpse into the origins of our course and the vision that helped bring it to life more than a century ago. We invite all members and guests to stop in, explore this piece of history, and celebrate the legacy of our club.
