Great meal and beautiful view. This is a good option to eat when you stay in the region. I had the filet with blue cheese and my husband the pesto. Both were good waitstaff are friendly.

Hidden in the small town of Ticonderoga is this wonderful golf course with amazing food! I was pleasantly surprised by the Japanese inspired rice bowl, as someone who lived in Asia for years I have high standards and wow did Chef Pat exceed them!! The dish was seasoned perfectly and the shrimp tender and delicious. The variety of colors, flavors and textures in this dish made it out of this world. Not only is the food amazing, but the views are incredible and the sense of community is unmatched! You need to stop by if you ever visit the historic town of Ticonderoga!! 10/10

My wife and I went to Seymour’s last night. It was fantastic. Food was great. She had shrimp prima vera; I had the pea ravioli. Both were very tasty and beautifully prepared. Service was superb. Aubrey was attentive, professional and had a lovely personality. This will be our go-to restaurant in the Ticonderoga area. Chris Parlin.

Great ambiance, especially when you get a window table with a view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Food was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp scampi. Friendly staff and great cook with a large menu.

We ended up going here after it was recommended by the staff at our hotel. Since we just drove 6 hours and didn’t have any cell service we trusted her suggestion and it ended up being delicious. They have a very large menu (which isn’t always a good thing) and the staff was so very friendly. It wasn’t overpriced or super stuffy like you would think a country club would be.

Beautiful spot! The brunch menu was well done with several tasty options very reasonably priced. Each dish we ordered was delicious. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Worth the drive from Albany.
