The annual shareholders’ meeting of the Ticonderoga Golf Corporation (TGC)
will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 22nd, 2025. The meeting will take place at Seymour’s in the main dining room. A complimentary food and beverage bar will be available. We encourage all shareholders to participate and remain after for additional discussion with board members, management and other shareholders.
We expect the majority of shareholder voting this year to be completed on-line. Shareholders who have provided an email address should receive an email in the next few days with instructions, information and a secure voting link from:

Shareholders who have not provided an email address should receive the notice and voting information by regular US mail.
